Dead & Gone 03/24/15

50lb Shrugs 50x (I think...it was a lot lol)
Deadlifts: empty bar 10x, 95lbs, 115lbs, 135lbs,
175lbs all 3x, 135lbs 10x
RDL: 115lbs, 135lbs, 160lbs, 190lbs all 10x
The RDL's were done with weight on one end of the bar and I was up on boxes.
Plate raises: 25lbs 30x, 35lbs 20x, 45lbs 10x
Medicine ball: pick it up, press, put down, stand up. Repeat 30x
Then some core stuff and lastly ....50 lb shrugs 20x
