Eating is Work 05/07/15

A little pre training note today. Tuesday my eating was totally off. I ate, but not enough and not the right stuff. And my water intake was way too low. As a result, I performed like crap and that doesn't sit well with me.
So today, and in fact everyday from now on, my mindset is that eating really is my second job. Breakfast was a 3 egg omelet with bacon, spinach and cheese and 2 pieces of toast. Plus a cup of coffee. After this though, it's water, and lots of it! Healthy snacks every few hours, good protein packed lunch, etc.
It sounds crazy to say eating should be taken as a job, but it is. My training is ramping up and I can't expect to perform and excel if I don't give this machine the right fuel.
