It was hel tonight. And I loved it. I wanted to cry, puke and pass out, in that order. But I did it all and I think I did it well. All except 5 safety squats so tonight I'll use my 2 35lb. Kettlebells and give myself those missing 5. Oh, and those 30 hanging knee raises, I did them. When I first started, I could barely do 10. The progress is there, I just have to allow myself to see it. BOO YA!
