I Can't Feel My Arms 06/08/15

Warm up with some stretches..blah blah blah
Shrugs 35lb ea. Hand 30x
Waiter's carry 35lb ea hand 179' lap 2x (ea hand)
Double rack carry 70lb total 179' lap 1x
Extended one leg deadlift 70lbs 5x ea leg, double rack carry 179' lap Did that set 3x
Lateral slides 35lb 10x 3
The slides were done with the kettlebell bottoms up, and by the end of all that my arms were going numb so I figured I should stop :P
While I wanted to focus on my legs tonight, I'm nervous doing a lot of squatting with no one to spot me. I know the weight I have to work with (100lbs max) isn't a lot, but I'm always worried that my knee will give out. Could be just a mental block. So in a couple of days I'll have to test it out. I think some 100lb sandbag squats are in order.
