I was down and upset and had no intention of working out. But I did. It's become so ingrained in me that if I don't train when I know I dhould, I feel incomplete. I could have skipped tonight and ate ice cream. But my problems would still be there and I'd be a little further behind where I should be. So I came out and trained. My problems are still here, only now i'm stronger physically and mentally.
