Yippee 03/06/15
Yesterday I didn't have the gym, so it was back to the basics with the ole "coyote" workout. But this time I focused on going deeper in the pushups and deeper in my squats. Also focused on keeping my form better in the squats - KNEES OUT! Also tried to keep the kettlebell as high as I could, icorporating aspects of a zercher to help with my core. :) (it's almost like I'm learning stuff ;) )

Pushups 3x
Repeat 20x
