I'm very tired today and craving ice cream, but I resisted the urge to go to the store and get some. I've cut way down on snacks so that's a good thing. Still keeping on with the pushup challenge that I was given, just trying to get the form as good as I can.

Balls

Mini Ball Body Workout
20 minute full body circuit
10 minute abs
••••••••••
I'm really enjoying these exercise ball circuits. I'm noticing a lack of mobility on some of the movements involving the hips so these are great to open and loosen me up while they strengthen me.

SAND BAG TRAINING
••••••••••
EVENING:
Mini Ball Workout
various mini ball exercises for a total of 20 minutes. See the videos linked below.
These exercises are deceptively simple but they pack a punch. They also test my coordination 😋

For the first time in over 5 years, I trained with a sand bag. Is it weird that I was having a good time? I also went back to a tool that I used probably 20 years ago - the mini exercise ball. I'm tired of not enjoying my training, so I'm throwing in the things that I know will help, but the things that I also enjoy. I'm shocked that I actually did so much today. I'm not used to this, so I'm sure I'll be sucking down the Aleve or Tylenol or Ibuprofen tomorrow. To me, it's worth it, 100%. Good times. I'm actually looking forward to tomorrow's training.
