I couldn't remember what weight I did on the overheads the last time. I think it was the same 65lb. So, I should have gone heavier tonight. Oh well, next time we'll bump it to 70lb. I did one more push up on each set than I did the last time so there's that little improvement. The benches felt smooth, and the weight seemed to move quickly. I just was not in a good state of mind tonight so I'm just going to leave it with that. On to tomorrow.
