That was it. I feel like I should have done more even though I am absolutely zonked. I feel good that I hit 155lb on squats and Frank is happy that I finally "manned up" and put 4 plates on the leg press. My knees are holding up well, although I did have some pain on those Anderson squats. I'm not sure if it was the lift or just that I needed to work my knees a little first. The pain went away and I had no issues with anything else. My back also feels good and I'm loving my new belt! I'm not sure I ever shared it, but there's a picture of it below.
