5 Is Less Than 25 09/18/15

Last Sunday I started this new program and did 185lb for a total of 25. This week, I was looking back over my notes and realized I was only suppose to do one set of 5 on the deads. It's no wonder my back was totally screwed. Lol. I guess at least I know I have strength + endurance.
Tonight I followed the plan and only did 5.
I have to say, I still feel like I'm not doing enough. So I may stick to carries and kettlebell work on the "off" days.
