Sunday Fun Day 09/20/15

Plate carries:
55lb each hand (a 45 + 10) 300' 1x, 200' 1x
Squats:
65lb 3x
95lb 3x
115lb 5x5
Floor Press:
60lb 3x
80lb 3x
100lb 5x4, 4x
Barbell Rows:
Bar 3x
65lb 3x
75lb 5x5

I went heavier than I should have on my squats purely because I added wrong. Haha. Disappointed that I didn't get the full 5x5 on presses, so next week I keep the weight the same and make sure my elbows touch the floor with each rep. I'm not about to cheat myself.
All in all, I'm pleased with how it's going and I like seeing most of the numbers go each each day. I've been squatting without wraps, and the pain is a little more after the session, but maybe sleeves will help. The wraps, honestly, are a pain the arse.
I can't wait to see my 5 reps numbers get over that 200 mark. Soon...very soon. :D
