"Rest" Day 09/21/15

35lb KB Waiter's Carry 100'
55lb Farmer's carry 100'
55lb swings 15x, 5 body squats, 3 pushups
Did it 10 times
I was supposed to take tonight off, but I was training my sister so I figured I'd do a little. I didn't want to push too hard on the squats because I'm doing them tomorrow.
