No real training session yoday. Just the 3 minute challenge.
3 min of pushups - 65
3 min of squats - 100
So the pushups increased by 4. What meant more to me was that I managed 26 in a row. The squats decreased again, but I was trying to go as deep as I could.
So why is this a bad example? Because again, my diet was shit. I sabotage my own progress by not giving myself the proper fuel and fluids. I can push my body as hard as I can, but if if this machine doesn't have the right fuel, it's eventually going to break down.
I felt like crap but I wasn't going to let my friend down. I accepted his Halle get and I mean to see it through. But I also wasn't going to let myself down anymore than I already have today.
So use me as an example of what not to do!
Eat right and drink your water!
