3 min of squats - 100
So, the pushups are coming al9ng. They're shallow, I'll admit that. However, this time I managed 30 in a row ! Woot woot! I'm guessing that the 110 squats were just a fluke, but that's ok, 100 still isn't too bad, and the depth is certainly improving.
