Sunny and warm
2 hard boiled eggs, coffee, granola bar, banana, meatloaf sandwhich, yogurt, 2 brownies, iced tea, about 1/2 gal water, dinner will be leftover meatloaf with veg.
I feel like my tank is on empty tonight. I've been doing more, what with helping my sister and just that little bit extra each morning. I didn't work out with my sister tonight, I just didn't have it in me. Soooo....I'm going to start adding in some protein powder. We'll se how that helps.
