Had to stop and run an errand. Came home and did:
3 min of pushups - 76 only managed 28 consecutive this time.
3 min of squats - 104
Standing X - 15x ea side 3x
Bird dog - 15x ea side 3x
Russian Twists - set the timer for 1 minute and did all with feet raised. Set timer for 2 min, stopped at 1:45, 1:30 and 1:00, had to do the last minute with feet down, stopping once. I didn't count how many, next time I will.
Today was kind of messed up. It's raining, which really screws me up with my weights; everything is in the garage, but it's very cramped in there and hard to do anything substantial. Plus my food was all screwed up and my energy is whacked. Just not a good day. But I was determined not to sit on my ass and do nothing. I have goals and I WILL achieve them.
