Safety squats: started with the empty bar and got up to 50lbs on it. Did that 3x.
Safety Squats with chains 3x, pause 3x, 1x with a 3 second pause at the bottom.
Bench press: lots of reps, I lost count lol Changed up the grips on the last few sets, started wide got narrow.
Bench Press with the chains 5x I think
Triceps Pulls with the pink band in between the benches benches and squats.
50lb shrugs 10x, 25lb press 5x ea arm, 25lb triceps extension 5x, 25lb plate pulls 10x, 25lb rows 10x ea arm, bench dips 10x. Did all those 3x
Not my best showing tonight. I didn't feel strong I felt wobbly and like I was running on empty. Not eating enough over the past few days and I feel it taking its toll - not good. Time to move past this speed bump. I won't have someone who hurt me emotionally, hurt me physically.
