Started the hour with 50lb dumbell shrugs 50x (and no, I did not stop at any point)
Triceps band pulls (it's a pinkish red one, I don't know the weight) 30x
Bench press: I forget the reps, but I was doing sets of 3 with progressive weight. I made it to 115lbs. (I think) for 1x
in between the sets I did one arm rows for a total of 35lb: 15x ea. Arm and 45lb 10 or 15x ea. Arm. Those counts may be off, but you get the idea. Lol
also did "Triceps Death" lmao started with around 100lb did 1, 20lbs came off the bar, did what I could, etc, etc, till it was just the bar.
Fat guy pull ups with fat grips 25x
Fat guy pull ups with fat grips and band assist 30x
Floor Bridge Press: 25lb 5x, 15lb 25x
T-raises (?) I'm not sure of the weights, not too heavy did 10, 10, 8
Plate Shrugs (?) Started with 25lb and I got to 45lb? 10, 10, 8
Then some reverse hypers, planks on a ball, then 30 second intervals of plank pushups and plank leg raises.
I'm just so excited that I got to 115lb. Lol
