All body weight exercises tonight.
Plyo Lunge 15x
Side Plank 30 sec each side
Push ups 5x
Do the above 4x

Squat Jump 20x
Mountain Climber 15x
Do the above 4x

Jumped into a pull up position, held.fir 5 seconds 6x
Hanging Knee Raises 10x5
