Dead Weight 03/12/15

All about the Deads tonight. :)
Dumbell deadlift 50lbs ea into 10 shrugs I forget how many times. 5 maybe?
Tried conventional deadlifts and sumo deadlifts to see where I was comfortable at. Progressively heavy lifts. Settled on conventional.
Maxed out at 185 2x!!!!!
Dropped down to 95lbs and did 5x5 with a wide grip
Moved onto some reverse hypers and leg curls with ankle weights. Then some hamstring stuff lol
Moved back to 50lb shrugs 10x followed by hanging shrugs 10x did both 3x (I think)
Then 20lb hammer curls 10x, 20lb shrugs 10x and did those 3x
I was so happy to get that 185! I seriously wanted to cry.
