Can't Keep A Good Otter Down 08/18/15

Farmer's carry, 50lb each hand 200' 2x
Bar Medley : O.H. squat, front squat, curl, RDL, RDL w/row (bar never gets dropped) 5x
Front squats / pushups:
Empty bar 10x / 10x
55lb 8x / 10x
65lb 6x / 10x
8lb 3x 4 / 1o pushups in between ea
65lb 6x / 10x
55lb 8x / 10x 
Empty bar 10x / 10x

4 sets of the following:
50lb goblet squat 3x
24" one leg step up with jump 5x ea leg
Jump squats 3x

3 min of DB presses on the stability ball, 25lb I got 41
Overall, I'm pleased with tonight. Hotter 'n hell out there hovering somewhere around 95° ish. I got 61 presses 3 months ago at the gym, but that was with 20lb db. I still was disappointed that I didn't get more, but there's always next time.
