Tried a behind the head press but it bothered my right shoulder. I wish it would heal up already.
Tonight I was mainly interested in deads. It's been, what, 3 months since I've been in the gym, I can't remember. My max was 195. And it was a struggle for 1 rep. Tonight I broke 200 and I'm pretty proud. Hel I even got 210 off the floor. I know we'll see those numbers heading back up now that I can load more weight. I'm so fucking pumped right now... :)
It's about 95° here in the garage.
I didn't eat nearly enough today so dinner is going to be a good one.
I honestly can't wait for tomorrow!
