Cardio By Emily 08/16/15

Nothing heavy tonight, but Pookie decided we needed some fresh air. Did about 20 laps of chase, race and tag around the house in our barefeet. If you're not accustomed to bare feet, I highly recommend it. You get a better flex on the ankle and foot and feel it more through your calf. But above all that, you ground yourself. And that, does wonders for your energy.
