Tanking

3 min of pushups - 70.
3 min of squats - 103 
35lb KB single arms, 10x 2 (pass between) 3x
35lb KB clean and press 5x ea side 3x
Standing o.h. tried ep. Ext. 25lb 15x, 20lb 20x, 20x
50lb bent db rows 10x ea side 3x
25lb bicep curls 15x 3
I seem to be tanking horribly on the 3 minutes of pushups. Kind of tanking on everything really, but I don't want to give in. So I figure doing something is better than nothing. I've a lot on my mind, which isn't helping matters any and I'm trying to use my training to burn it out. Something has to give eventually.

Oatmeal with raisins, coffee, banana, water, Italian sandwhich (no dressing), can of gingerale, dinner is another porkchop, veggies and a protein shake.
