Cardio 04/06/15

Body weight squats: 10x
Pushups: 10x
Alt. Reverse Lunge: 8x (each leg)
Hanging Shrugs: 10x
Single Leg RDL: 20lb. 12x (each leg )
RKC Plank: 15 seconds

Did that 5x. No rest in between exercises. 30 second rest between sets
