Farmer's Carry 50lb ea 200'

Press / Face Pulls
Bar 10x / 15x
55lb 8x / 15x
65lb 6x / 15x
75lb 3x / 15x
95lb 1x / 15x
Then worked back down to the empty bar

Cross Arm Squats bar 10x, into a Zercher squat 10x, into bar curls 10x, into rows 10x. 
Did that twice

DB shrugs 50lb ea 20x 3

20lb ball slams 20x 3
Bird dogs 20x ea side 3x
