Half Century Mark 06/14/15

In honor of me finally getting a 50lb press yesterday, today's training was all about the number 50. 
100lb bag carry 179', 10 bag burpees 3x
100lb squats (w/bag) 10, 5, 10 x3, 5
100lb bag carry 179' 10 bag burpees 2x
Double kettlebell push press 70lb total 5x10
That was roughly about an hour's work. 
As a side note, the feeling of duct tape ripping from your skin as you drop a 100lb bag, is not a good one
