Distracting Distractions 06/18/15

A poor showing tonight. I really need to find a way to keep Em occupied while I get a session in. I did what I could before I got totally frustrated and gave up.
Shrugs: 100lb total 30x, 20x, 10x 
Farmer's Carry: 60lb 179' rt hand, 179' lft hand
Kb Double rack carry: 70lb total 358'
Sots press: 20lb 5x 5
Kb clean & press: 35lb. 10x ea arm.
and that's when the interruptions got to be too much. I couldn't concentrate, I lost my flow and I was pissed. And no, it wasn't the type of pissed off anger that I could channel into a work out. I had way more in me and I really wanted to try some DB cleans. There's always tomorrow. :/
