SET 1:
45lb goblet 20x, 70 tot. Racked KB carry 179', 20lb 10x2, 35lb 1 arm 10x, 35lb dbl kb 15x
SET 2:
50lb 15x, 70 racked 179' 2x, 20lb 10x2, 35lb 1 arm 15x, 35lb dbl kb 15x
SET 3:
70lb racked 10x, 100lb bag 179', 20lb 10x3, 35lb 1 arm 15x, 45lb 10x ea arm.
SET 4:
100lb bag 10x, 70 tot. farmers carry 358', 45lb 5x, 35lb 1 arm 15x, 50lb 10x ea arm.
Once again, I only made 4 sets so I'm a bit disappointed in that but it was a full hour's work. I'm goes without saying that the swings were 15x on ea arm.
My shoulders, especially my left are not happy and I finally gave in and iced them. I hate ice, but I have to do what I have to do. That also means I had to keep the weight on the presses down, but I increased the reps. Proud that I managed to keep my wrists nice and straight tonight. I felt like I was punching the sky. Also proud that I said fuck it and went for the heavy weight on my last set. 45lb for 5. I like to see improvement every day and I did see a little.
