It started thundering so I didn't get the last 10 log flips in. I took it as a sign though, that Thor was watching and approved ;)
Had to cut back from 35 to 20 on the floor press because I tweaked my arm trying to get the 35lb KB into position. Technique, technique, technique.
Other progress notes: I was able to make one full lap on the waiter's carry without dropping the bell or having stability issues so I'm happy with that and the 45lb rows felt really good. 
Getting stronger and loving it!
