SET 1:
Kb 20lb 10x ea. hand, 5x, DB 40lb total 10x, 45lb goblet 10x, 20lb 1 arm 10x ea.
SET 2:
20lb 10x ea, 7x, DB 40lb 10x, 50lb goblet 10x, 20lb 1 arm 19x ea.
SET 3:
20lb 10x ea, 8x, KB 35lb 10x ea, KB 70lb total racked 10x, 35lb 2 arm 10x
SET 4:
KB 35lb 10x ea, 10x, KB 20lb 10x ea, 100lb bag 10x, 35lb 2 arm 10x.
I was going g for 5 sets but I failed the last one, and do you know why? Because I had no fuel. Once again, I fell back into old habits. All I ate today was a bowl of kale soup for breakfast and a cup of yogurt for lunch. I absolutely know better and I'm disappointed in myself. I knew I would ha e a tough workout tonight and I should have fueled myself properly. I fell once during the session to ugh and that's not good, it's stupid and 100% avoidable. Tomorrow will be different.
