Last December I took some quick measurements so here's where I'm at now. Keep in mind that I just ate, lol so the weight may be a bit off. :)

I'm upset the waist went up and I don't understand it because my pants are loose. So maybe I measured wrong or something. The hips I can see going up if my glutes got bigger. Maybe I'm actually growing an ass! Overall, I'm pleased. My weight has been around 160, so I think dinner is playing into it. Funny thing is, I don't mind the scale going up anymore. I know why it's going up and I've lost that mindset of bigger is bad. WOOT WOOT!
