Ladder to Success 04/13/15
Good cardio shit right here.
35 lb Kettlebell Swings w/band, feet elevated pushups, 35 lb. Goblet squats
Ladder down from 10, then back up.
The first ladder my feet were at about 9", the second ladder they were at about 15".
