Warm up usual stuff including 30 jumping jacks, 10 sumo inchworms, 30 twists, etc.
Reverse hyper swings 20x ( there may have been about 20lbs. On there)
Back raises 20x
Reverse hyper leg curls 20x
Back raises 20x
Farmer's walk: 50lb. Dumbells, about 110' total. Left grip gave out twice.
Alternated between dumbell presses and deads:
Presses:10lb 20x, 15lb 15x, 20lb 12x, 25lb 10x, 30lb 4x (tried for 5 but my left arm gave out)
Deads: empty bar 10x, 95lb 5x, 115lb 5x, 135lb 5x, 185lb 5x
Farmer's walk (one handed): 50lb left hand about 60', right hand about 60'. Didn't lose grip this time.
Sand tube toss over box (40lb ?) 24" box jump, jump down 6x.
Sand bag lifts: 36" small, med. Large. The smallest was about 50lb, the largest was at least 100lb. I don't have an exact wt.
Repeated that but added in the 40lb sand tube.
Rev. hyper alt leg curls with 5lb ankle weights: 20x
Leg extensions, 5lb wts: 20x
Seated knee raises, 5lb wts: 20x
RDL/Leg lift: 20 lb dumbells & 5lb ankle wts 10ea leg
RDL/side leg lift: 20lb db, 5lb ankle wts 5ea leg
Sumo inchworm with ankle wts, pushup, inchworms 5x
That last sandbag lift was my test tonight. I tried once and couldn't get it past my shins, I tried again an got it on my lap but it wouldn't go higher. I stopped. I said it wasn't going to go. Then the kid there, Joey started giving me shit. Lol I tried again I got that bag on my lap, bear hugged it, and got it on top of that box. Because Otters don't quit.
