My Body Hates Me 09/27/15

Stretches to warm up

Squats: 75lb 3x 95lb 3x 120lb 5x Switched to box squats and increased the weight 135lb 5x2 (complete failure at the last rep, didn't think I'd get up)
120lb 5x2
OH Press: 65lb 3x 
75lb 3x 
80lb 5x5 
Deads: 155lb 3x 185lb 1x 
Switched to block pulls 
185lb 2x 185lb 5x

Still feeling under the weather and man, today was a struggle. I strayed from the program a but, but I'm proud that I got out here and did it. And I'm proud that I got up on that last 135lb squat. All I could think was, get up or die. Lol literally. But I'm also proud because not too long ago, I couldn't squat 135lb but maybe once. Now, on box squats at least, I managed 10. Go me!
