Diet was horrendous today and I'm surprised I even managed to do what I did. I'm my own worst enemy, I know. Believe me, I've come a long way but I still am trying to get the upper hand. 
The right shoulder is still giving me some pain issues but nowhere near what it was. There's still a slight pulling when I bring the bar down from a press. The left shoulder feels ok when I'm lifting, but will hurt like a bastard at night especially if I sleep on it .
So there's the run down. Lol I know you all wait for it.
