Snatches, cleans and swings, Oh my! 05/19/15

(All kettlebell work)
Single arm swings 35lb. 10x ea arm
Snatch 35lb. 10x ea arm
Cleans 35 lb. 10x ea arm
Squats 35lb. 10x
Hanging knee raises 20x
Did all of that 3 times.
I think the snatches ended up being a combo of a snatch and a push/press. I'm still not 100% on the form for the snatch and the weight was heavy for me. But at least I can press it now. I remember when I could barely do 10lb for any kind of reps. 
One thing I'll say about the bells, they work your entire core and back as well as arms and shoulders. My lats are pretty tired right now.
I went easy on my legs only because my knee was giving me issue. Tomorrow I'll try to add more stuff in for them.
