She's Got Legs 05/21/15

All of this was done with a 35lb Kettlebell
Swings 15x, sumo squats 15x, single leg RDL (ea leg) 15x, step ups (ea leg) 15x (I guess they were about 20", it's all I had lol), split squats (ea leg) 15x
Did all that 3x
Double carry - racked, 70lb total 179' lap 1x
farmers carry 70lb total 179' lap 2x no stops
Waiter's carry 35lb ea hand 179' lap 2x (one lap with each hand)
Double carry - racked, 70lb total 179' lap 1x
I had never done the waiter's carry before so I thought I'd give it a try. Apparently it's a warm up exercise, so next time I'll do them first. Lol At least now I know I can do them! 
A side note: there was an exercise called a heel tap that I tried, but I didn't care for it at all. It seemed to put my knee out over my foot and it brought some sharp pain with it. I probably wasn't doing it right. But I figured better to stop.
