Sweating to the Oldies 05/28/15

Oldies but goodies tonight. Back to basics :)
Waiter's Carry 35lb ea hand:
Right arm - 179' lap 2x ( stopped 1 3/4 laps)
Left arm - 179' lap 2x ( stopped between ea. lap)
Double racked kettlebell carry, 70lb total: 
179' lap 3x. (Dropped and cleaned between each lap)
Log Flip (I'm guessing about 125lbs): flipped it 15x to get it into position then 10x 5 times
Step Ups on 2 cement blocks, 35lb: 15x 2 ea. leg
Bent Rows, 35lbs: 10x 3 ea. arm
