Take A Break 05/12/15

Warm up stuff, yadda yadda.
Bar medley: press, front squat, RDL, row, curl, back squat with bar in clean position. That took about 10 minutes.
45lb kettlebell carry, approx. 50' each hand
Presses empty bar 10x
Deadlift empty bar 10x
45lb kettlebell carry same distance
Presses 10x
Deadlift 95lb. 10x
40 or 45lb atlas stone carry same distance
Presses 10x
Deadlifts 135lb 10x
35lb dumbell carry (ea hand) same distance
Presses 10x
Deadlifts 155lbs 10x
20lb dumbell carry/press same distance. (14 presses)
Rack pulls 155lbs (?) 10x
15lb dumbell carry/press same distance (17 presses)
Atlas stones: 70lb 2x, 96lb (?) 2x missed the 118lb.
Circuit of push ups 10x, 8lb ball slams 10x, 30" (?) Box jumps 10x, all 3x
So what's with taking a break? Justin will tell me to the a break and get water and I will. A break long enough to swallow a sip and then get back at it. But breaks are essential. I can't expect to push push push and still perform top notch movements. It's 83 degrees out and I'm putting out a shit ton of effort and sweating like a pig. I need to, at times, slow down and breathe.
All in all a good session. I'm proud of my effort and I'm proud of my heart. I leave it all on the floor, the ground, the mat lol. I leave with just enough energy to drive my car. Lol
