So, not hard core training by any means tonight. But I needed to work out some bad vibes. I decided to test myself with a 100lb sandbag.
I marked off 53' (that's how far from my deck to the front walk lol) and did 4 laps, total 212'.
1st : not timed.
2nd : 46 sec.
3rd : 42
4th : 37
5th: 36
6th: 34
All carries were bear hug.
then I switched the bag onto my upper back and carried it for total of 2 round trips, not timed.
My weak spot wasn't my arms or legs but my back. I could feel the muscles tighten like a belt around my lower back. Something to work on.
