Going Mental 04/30/15

Warm up: twist 30x, leg cradle 10x, knee hug 10x, yoga pushups ups 30x, inchworms 10x, sumo inchworm 10x, jumping jax 50, side hops 50x

90lb 1 arm plate drags approx. 40' 5x each arm
20lb dumbell press (on exercise ball) timed for 3 minutes, managed 51 presses.
40lb dumbell rows, timed for 3 minutes, I think I got 35 on each arm
Alternating squats/pushups:
Empty bar 10x / 10
65lb 8x / 10
95lb 6x / 10
115lb 3x / 10
125lb 2 / 10
135lb 1x / 10
Goblet chair squats (wide stance):
25lb 10x
30lb 8x
35lb ?
40lb 5x
45lb 20x
I may be off by a set/wt. Lol I can't remember
Weighted leg curls 20x
Weighted hanging knee twists 30x
