What The Fuck Is My Problem? 07/01/15

1 Arm Swings, Elevated Push Ups (2 cement blocks), Bent Rows, DB Deadlift
SET 1:
35lb 15x ea arm, 15x, 20lb 15x ea arm, 100lb 15x
SET 2:
35lb 15x, 15x, 35lb 15x, 100lb 15x
SET 3:
35lb 15x, 15x, 45lb 15x, 100lb 15x
SET 4:
35lb 15x, 15x, 50lb 15x, 100lb 15x
I had wanted to do Sots presses too, but even with only 20lbs, it hurt my shoulders. So I skipped those.
Conditions:
Sun/shade, mid 80's. About 4 hours of solid sleep.
Food:
2 eggs, 2 toast, coffee, banana, iced coffee, 4 cookies, palm size service g of chicken, 2 c. of rice, 24 Oz water, pkg crackers/pb. (Haven't had dinner yet)
My sleep I don't have full control over but my eating I absolutely do and right now my diet sucks ass. When I have to fight with myself to find is 4 lousy sets, there's an issue. I have something going on in me and I don't know what the hel it is. I'm still moving and I see a few minor improvements but overall it's disappointing to me. My body is staging a physical revolt lately and I feel like I'm hitting a mental wall. 
I don't post this stuff for pats on the back, I post because 1: it keeps me honest, 2: I'm open to ALL CRITICISM. 
So, anyhow, Wednesday is in the books, albeit with a pouty face next to it :(
