Grinding 07/02/15

Military Press/ push press, DB Deadlift, Vertical Swing, Carries, Log Flip
SET 1:

20lb 15x, 100lb 15x, 35lb 15x, Farmer's Carry 70lb total 358', 15x

The sand bag carry screwed my back up royally. That's why I changed to the Farmer's carry. My left grip started giving out on the last set of carries. Frustration level is high and the urge to give in is strong, but I won't. I'll just keep grinding my way through, tweaking things to work around the sore spots and pushing through the mental doubt.
Food: 3 eggs, 4 bacon, coffee, 2 pcs. of toast, banana, 3 cookies, spinach salad w/cukes, carrots, tuna & dressing, yogurt w/berries, applesauce, and about 100 oz. of water. Dinner will be steak, sweet tater, and spinach.
