30-40 seconds between movements, 2 minutes before next set
SET 2:

Again, goes without saying the row counts are per arm. The rest periods got a little longer get than they should have been but the heat was getting to me. I kept pouring water over my neck and icing it a little to keep my temp down. The temp today was low to mid 80's, but I'm partly in the sun here.
food today: 2 hard boiled eggs, coffee, 1/2 a muffin, about 20 yogurt covered raisins, seafood salad sandwhich, whole milk organic yogurt with fresh strawberries, fresh cherries, 32 oz. homemade iced tea, 1/2 gal water. Plus more water during training. Dinner is 2 can of solid white tuna with spinach tomatoes carrots and a hard boiled egg.
