I Wanna Know - Have You Ever Felt The Rain? 07/08/15

I wanna know..have you ever felt the rain?

Dbl. Rack KB Squat 70lb total, Bag Medley, DB RDL 100lb total
5x/6x/7x 
(The bag medley was a lift/drop, then burpees, then 100' carry, drop/lift/drop, burpees.)
Floor Press 25lb , Standing Tricep Extension 20lb kb, Push/Press 25lb
10x/15x/10x
Finished up with step ups (2 cement blocks) 35lb 10x 2 on each leg. Then my knee started grind g so I figured I should stop.
conditions: rain, then humid humid humid, upper 80's.
food: steak and eggs, coffee, kit Kat bar, pretzels, Italian sub, chips, about 3/4 gal of water, cereal bar, 10 0z gingerale. 
My food was shit today and I'm not happy with that. Don't know how I feel about the workout tonight. 
I've realized that I'm scared/nervous about pushing myself with squats. I think it has to do with my knee and I'm worried I'll fall and have no one around to help me. Maybe that's irrational, I dunno. As a side note, those racked kettlebell front squats are KILLER!
