15lb. Dumbell press on exercise ball 3 minutes. Managed 26
Black band face pulls 30x
Bench press / band pulls:
Empty bar 10x / 10x
65lb 10x / 10x
75lb 7x / 10x
Bench press / 20lb overhead triceps extension
65lb 5x / 10x did that 4x
65lb bench 11x (fail)
15lb dumbell press on ball 1 minute, managed just 10.
40lb atlas stone press
viking press / pushups / goblet squat:
2 empty bars 20x / 10 / 45lb dumbell 10x
55lb ea bar 15x / 10 / 40lb stone 10x
60lb ea bar 10x / 10 / 45lb kettlebell 10x
8lb wall ball slam 10x ea arm times 3
