Nowhere To Go But Up

I finally managed to get up enough gumption to work out today. I haven't done much in the way of exercise and I've disappointed myself in that regard. I have, however, gotten my diet in check and that alone has gotten me to lose about 15 pounds. I've gotten myself and Frank back on track with the better eating and we've cut out almost all of the junk. We have an occasional cookie her and there or ice cream when it got super hot. But I make sure to keep the serving sizes in check. For the most part, we stick to fruit as our snacks. Or something like nuts or cheeses, etc. Honestly though, we really just try to keep the snacking to a minimum.
I have got to do a much better job with discipline and consistency. I'm not sure what it is about me that always falls short in that area, but I'm afraid it's something I'll have to deal with for the duration. The weather was great today, so I took my kettlebells outside this afternoon. Here's what got done:

SINGLE ARM KB FRONT SQUATS:
35lb x10 right side, x7 left side
I couldn't mage the rest with that weight, so I switched to the 20lb and finished it up
20lb x3 left side
(20lb x10 ea side) 2x

KB HIGH PULLS:
(20lb x10) 3x

KB RDL:
(35lb x10) 3x

KB SWINGS:
(35lb x20) 3x

KB PUSH PRESS:
(35lb x5 ea side) 3x

KB RUSSIAN TWIST:
(Heels on the ground)
(20lb x10) 3x
•••••••••••
I have definitely identified my weak spots. My core is trash and my stamina sucks. Nowhere to go but up.
