**All carries were done with 2, 35lb KB.
Farmer's Carry:
From the power lines, all the way to the top of the hill. Took a break, then came back.
I don't know how far it is. It's far enough to stress me, but not far enough to kill me.
The rest of the carries were just done across the field, not all the way to the hill.
Suitcase with Waiter's Carry:
Across the field to the gravel road. Switch the hand that was doing the waiter's carry. Come back.
Double Rack Carry:
Jog/speed walk across the field to the gravel road. Drop the weights. Rerack, come back.
I took about a 5 minute break in the one small spot of shade that I had.
REPEATED THOSE 3 CARRIES AGAIN.
KB DEADLIFTS:
(35lb per hand x10) 3x

87° in the shade today, so that field was hell. It's not much, but it was better than not doing anything, so I'll take it. I'd like to get back to lugging my sandbag around as well as carrying my plates to help get me stronger. I think I like heavy carries because they work every part of you. Plus, they're great for my conditioning, especially when I pick up the pace a little. That's also why I like getting out there in the field and doing these. The ground is uneven, and those hills will humble you. I don't care if my neighbors saw me. I don't care if they think that I'm insane. Maye I am, anyhow! All I know is that I'm happy that I got out there and did it. Now I smell funny and need a shower, but I feel accomplished.
I'm going to be buying a weighted vest and then going for walks along the power lines and my neighborhood with my daughter. My heart needs the exercise. So, the neighbors better get used to seeing my chonky ass trotting around being awesome. today, the bells, tomorrow the vest, who knows, maybe they'll see me dragging my sled down the road one of these days. Brace yourselves beotches!
