I work at my day job 3 days a week and then on my "off days", I try to get my Etsy shop stuff and household stuff done. It never seems to work out though and I know it's because I'm a weak-ass excuse machine. I will tell myself that I don't have time to work out, or to do all of the laundry, or do whatever, but I know I more than likely I do have the time. I thought if I wrote it all down and scheduled a time frame for each task - a REALISTIC time frame - that I may find myself being more productive.
Then last night, I was mucking around with my phone and realized that Google calendar has the same kind of day planner feature. what's even better is that I can color-code my household stuff and my Etsy stuff and it will sound a notification when a task is due. Will this work long-term and help me become more disciplined? I don't know. I do know that it's helped today. I've done laundry, stayed on task with my latest shop project and I worked out when I had zero desire to do so. It's sort of satisfying to mark a task as "complete" and see it greyed out in the list.
In case you missed it from back in February, here's the full-body workout that kicks my ass.
3 Rounds of the following:

10lb x10

RDL into Front Squat into Press:

Table Top Plank Rows:

I was not in a good way with my knees for about 3 days the last time I did this. What am I to do? I HAVE to get stronger. I can't do that by being stationary. I've already downed my post workout ibuprofen. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
